Your new role
You will be joining the highly successful Healthcare team in the Bristol office as a Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor. There are 2 positions available. You will be exposed to a wide range of work, focusing on the Healthcare sector and providing legal advice predominantly to clients in the public sector such as the NHS.

You will assist and manage a varied caseload of Healthcare matters which will include representing clients at inquests, providing advice regarding mental health law, Court of Protection matters.

The team are more than 15 lawyers strong and growing.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a bright and motivated Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor with a genuine interest in healthcare law. You do not necessarily need to have experience within healthcare law however it would be a bonus. A positive attitude and a willingness to develop your legal career within this area is of most importance.

Applicants with a background in Family, Human Rights, Court of Protection and Clinical Negligence are encouraged to apply.
