My client, a leading international law firm based in the City, is looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to progress your career in HR within a highly successful global firm.

The HR Administrator will provide full administrative support to the Human Resources team, carrying out duties in a timely efficient manner and producing high quality work at all times.

Key duties will include:

  • Overseeing the administration of the joiner and leaver processes, ensuring all appropriate paperwork is prepared and documented
  • Maintaining the HR System with employee information including absences, job changes and secondments
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings as required
  • Completing daily administrative duties and assisting with other ad-hoc duties and projects, such as reviewing the induction process
  • Working with the benefits team to administer the firms benefits

 

 

The role would suit someone with a strong drive to work within a legal or professional services HR team. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to hit the ground running. Confidence to work with senior stakeholders is a must, as is the willingness to go above and beyond. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure you continuously provide high quality administrative support.
