My client, a top tier, leading law firm located in the heart of the City, has a fantastic opportunity for a talented HR Manager to join the firm’s HR team on a permanent basis

The HR Manager will strive to improve business performance by identifying key areas for improvement and facilitating change.

The key duties will include:

  • Working closely with the Business Services team on a full HR spectrum
  • Coaching Partners in the development of their people management skills
  • Providing guidance on restructures, redundancies and transfers
  • Deliver employee engagement programmes including employee experience surveys
  • Leading on annual performance and salary review process
  • Management of employee relations, policy and procedural implementation

 

 

The HR Manager will be a senior HR professional who has experience building relationships at a senior level within a legal or professional services background.  They will be CIPD qualified, have experience of managing junior staff, be commercially astute, be a strong team player and have the ability to quickly and effectively build strong relationships within the business.
