Very successful law firm based in the heart of the city is actively recruiting a Head of Operations to support and report in to the Department Head, proactively managing the operations of the department, allowing the Department Head and the Partners to focus on business development, client service and fee earning.
Specifically, the Head of Operations will support the implementation of the department’s strategy and annual business plan, in line with the firm’s overall strategy, market positioning and objectives including:-
- Business Planning
- Business Performance
- Operational Delivery
- Process Improvement
- Communication and Engagement
- Compliance
To apply, you will need have previous proven management experience in a similar role in a law firm or other professional services environment and have an in-depth understanding of how partners and fee-earners work, both day-to-day and in relation to developing strong client relationships.
