Banking & Finance Associate 4+ Years’ PQE Dubai

An opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate to join an international law firm at their Dubai office has presented itself. My client is looking for an experienced individual and therefore offer a very generous salary and benefit package.

My client is looking for a 4+ years PQE Banking & Finance Associate, someone who can hit the ground running. You will be undertaking many tasks which include but is not limited to handling general banking contracts; drafting finance and UAE security documentation, managing finance transactions, leveraged/acquisition finance, project finance, drafting loan agreements, assisting financial institutions and many other similar duties.

The Ideal candidate will have international law firm experience in respected field; you will be comfortable carrying out the tasks mentioned above and have an excellent academic background. Banking & Finance Associates with western qualifications will have an advantage, however this role is open to all candidates across the globe.
