Commercial Litigation and Disputes | NQ | Up to £42K + Benefits
An NQ Commercial Disputes Lawyer is required to join the Litigation team of a top regional law firm in Essex that has grown substantially over the last 10 years and boasts a client base of enviable quality.
The Role and Responsibilities
The NQ commercial litigation and disputes lawyer will be joining a large supportive team that believes in a traditional approach. Your responsibilities will include working on a variety of commercial litigation cases such as:
- Contractual and commercial disputes
- Construction
- Landlord and tenant
- Property / land disputes
- Professional negligence
- Insolvency matters
Additionally, you will be asked to become part of the marketing and business development of the practice moving forward.
The Candidate
The NQ commercial disputes lawyer should be able to demonstrate at least a 6-month training seat containing experience of all aspects of commercial litigation listed above.
