Conveyancer – £35k – Derbyshire
Boutique Derbyshire firm seeks an experienced Conveyancer to join their tight knit team. This role would be ideally suited to a Conveyancing Fee Earner who is seeking to work in a supportive environment and provide a high quality service to clients.
The successful applicant will join a supportive team and handle a caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion with administrative support.
The firm is CQS accredited and prides itself on delivering exceptional service to clients. They are conveniently located, easily accessible and have free onsite parking. The firm has an open door policy and a relaxed yet professional approach.
The salary on offer is negotiable, dependent on experience and expected to be in the region of £35,000. In addition to the basic salary the firm offers a pension and private healthcare.
Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners.
