I am currently recruiting for a Law Costs Draftsman to join a top firm that specialises in Costs. The firm that are based Central London are looking to expand at the moment.
You would be responsible for a mixed caseload ranging from small to high value claims. You will be responsible for Drafting Bills of Costs, Preparing Budgets, Preparing Points of Replies, Preparing Costs Schedules. You will be responsible for conducting negotiations and Settling cases. You will also be responsible for attending details assessments if necessary.
To be successful as a Law Costs Draftsman you will have at least 3 years previous experience in a similar position. You need to be driven to succeed, accurate and have excellent communication skills.
