Senior Litigation Solicitor

A business that buys, funds, and handles litigation is looking for a Senior Litigation Solicitor (c. 5-6 years ) to join the business to both manage their litigation and advise on commercial matters.

This unique opportunity will see the Litigation Solicitor;

· Developing business and relationships with external partners, clients, and law firms
· Assessing risk and remit of potential clients and litigation and advising the business on viability
· Handling high value commercial litigation (including contractual disputes, construction, professional negligence, shareholder disputes)

Personality and cultural fit are the priority for this business; if you're a commercial litigator (c. 5-6 years) with broad experience and are looking for something a little 'different' and more commercial, please get in touch. The business has ambitious plans and offers the rare opportunity for a litigator to work in partnership with Directors whilst continuing to handle a caseload.
