Locum Family Solicitor

Role: Family Locum

Location: South Coast

Hourly Rate: £30 - £40 per hour (d.o.e)

Description

I am currently working with a South Coast based firm who are recruiting for a family law specialist to join them on a locum basis. Commencing within the next two weeks this position is to assist the department with an influx of files and is expected to last at least 3 months, if not longer.

Applications will be considered from solicitors, legal executives and non-qualified candidates, however you must be confident handling a busy caseload of privately funded family law matters without supervision.

Applicants must have experience within the following:

- Divorce

- Ancillary relief

- Private Children law

- Separation agreements

- Co habitation agreements
