Contentious Construction Lawyer

I am currently working on a senior contentious construction with an international law firm, whose construction practice very highly regarded in Hong Kong.

The role will involve handling disputes on a broad range of infrastructure, engineering, commercial and residential projects. You will be working in multi-partner team who represent clients in matters in multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years Post qualification experience
• Hong Kong qualified, although my client will consider those qualified in Singapore and other common law jurisdictions (E&W, AUS, NZ)
• Career to date has focused on construction – predominantly contentious  
• Chinese language skills are preferred (written and oral) although not a requirement
