To provide legal services to clients

Deliver an effective and commercially focused complete costs service to its clients including the Detailed Assessment and Costs Management process.

Participate in effective negotiation processes, constructive commercial and cost effective advice. To provide sound and accurate advice to clients.

Effective and accurate application of Civil Procedure Rules and SRA/CLSB Code of Conduct.

Business Development

To play a pro-active role in the marketing initiatives and business development projects, to promote the team, to maintain and develop existing client relationships and to assist with attracting/targeting new clients and referrals nationwide.

Financials

To achieve billing and chargeable hours targets, to control disbursements and debt, ensure high levels of realisation and offer sound pricing solutions to clients.

Regulatory

To comply with:-

  • All internal regulations, to include the procedures set out in the Firm’s Office Manual.
  • All professional obligations.
  • The requirements set by The Law Society, Solicitors Regulation Authority and Association of Costs Lawyers.

3 years PQE and use of financial and case management software.
