Senior Commercial Property Solicitor - Ipswich
A legal 500 and chambers listed firm based in Ipswich is looking to recruit a commercial property lawyer to its thriving and successful firm.
It is likely that the successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate upwards of 5 years PQE. You will be joining an existing team of lawyers providing advice to clients such as investors, development companies, financial institutions and land owners on a broad range of commercial property issues. The department enjoys a fantastic reputation in this area of law and is therefore able to attract high quality work from an enviable client list across many different sectors.
As well as the fee earning side of things you will have the opportunity to network and business develop with the firms existing or potential clients in order to promote the services of the firm and department and build strong business links. Any clients that you have in terms of a following would be beneficial but by no means essential.
The firm will offer a good salary which will be based on experience.
