McKenzie Douglas are recruiting for an impressive organisation that has a leading presence in the market. They are expanding their services through various acquisitions and diversified investments in the UK. The position reports directly to the Head of Legal and you will enjoy playing a key role in advising the business on land development projects.

Accountabilities

This is a newly created role prompted by their growth and long-term goals. You will work in a friendly team, reporting to a more experienced Solicitor. You will receive a great deal of autonomy when handling an array of complex and challenging work - you will have great exposure and variety.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • 6 - 15 years PQE (as a guidance)
  • Experience in handling land development projects – commercial property matters are outsourced so we are looking for candidates who have experience handling the construction elements of land development
  • This position is based in London and allows for 1 day to work from home and adjusted start / finish. There is also a car allowance, healthy bonus and corporate benefits included in the salary package.
