Legal Counsel – Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Manchester or London  with flexible home working options

A rare opportunity for a commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer to join a leading FTSE company working on a diverse range of high quality work across the Group. 

Working within a small and highly supportive team you will manage a portfolio of public and private sector dispute resolution cases as well as providing support on high value contractual disputes. Given the diverse nature of the Group you will support the commercial team on a wide range of commercial disputes including IT, regulatory, construction, pensions, procurement and data protection.

You may currently be working in-house or within private practice either way you will have a good working knowledge of court and other dispute resolution processes, complex high value contractual disputes and a broad range of different types of claims.
