Interim Legal Counsel
Bristol
6-9 month FTC
Up to £70k plus 5k bonus, flexible working options, free car parking
Excellent opportunity for an Interim Legal Counsel to work for a market leading organisation in Bristol throughout a transformative period. Working with and reporting directly into the Head of Legal, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the main PLC and wider group companies.
As an experienced commercial contracts lawyer with a strong grounding within the regularity sector, this role will mostly involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts and commercial agreements. Other areas will include advice on procurement regulations, competition law, commercial disputes and data protection.
