The firm are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their Guildford office, Surrey.

The Role

This firm looks for ambitious Paralegals with strong interpersonal skills. Subsequently, all Paralegals are offered a training contract, guaranteed within 18 months, or a CILEx route. They currently have 5 Paralegals currently going through the training contract process and due to expansion are looking to further build on this. You will receive industry-leading training, not just in technical ability but how to sell yourself, build business and become a commercially minded lawyer.

You will join a friendly, supportive and progressive team working alongside a highly experienced team of Solicitors. This will be a hands-on role where you will be involved in all stages of the Conveyancing process from initial instruction to post completion. You work with many high-end estate agents and have a real variety of work making the role more interesting.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Paralegal with at least six months' experience of dealing with a Residential Property caseload.
• You will be based in Guildford, Surrey.
• You will ideally have completed the LPC, but this is not necessary
• You will work well within a team and will be personable
• Salary up to £28k, plus an excellent benefits package
