The Role
Because the firm are growing, they are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Commercial Law team in their thriving Royal Wootton Bassett office, Wiltshire.
The Commercial Law team deal with an excellent level of Commercial Law work, including: commercial property sales/purchases, lease agreements, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements and consumer contracts.
This role would suit either a more experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to develop their expertise further.
Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ PQE
- You will have experience in managing your own caseload
- A desire to acquire or bring an expertise in another specialist area
- Enthusiasm in marketing and undertaking business development for the Commercial team
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional benefits package
