An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a banking litigation solicitor to join a leading UK law firm to work on matters against the banks. The new litigation solicitor will be offered £75,000 - £90,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Your new role
This is a unique position where you will act for a range of claimants and take a lead in major banking litigation matters.
The firm is a top City firm and as such is unique in that it does not represent any banking clients in litigation cases. However, litigation solicitors who have experience in representing banks are sought due to their knowledge and experience in advising and orchestrating plans of attack in litigation.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Ideally you will be a UK or Commonwealth qualified solicitor with at least 1 year of experience of banking litigation gained at a leading City firm.
- Strong academics and commercial understanding of the fiduciary system.
