Commercial Paralegal

Global technology company is seeking a Commercial Paralegal to join their EMEA legal team, starting ASAP based in north London.

Reporting to the EMEA General Counsel you will be responsible for:

- reviewing and drafting commercial contracts including NDA's, terms and conditions, supplier agreements

- ongoing contracts management

- company secretarial work

- assisting on corporate projects

- providing general legal support to the wider team and business.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a similar position with demonstrated ability in being able to review and draft commercial agreements.

This role is suited to a career paralegal looking for a long term career within a busy in-house team. This company will not be able to offer a training contract.
