Commercial Banking Lawyers

A leading global bank are looking for 2 x Commercial Banking Lawyers to join their team on an ongoing contract basis. Roles are to be based in Birmingham or in London with some travel to their Birmingham office.

You will be working in a busy team supporting on a variety of transactional and regulatory matters in addition to digital banking initiatives.

To be considered for this role you will be 3+ years PQE with previous experience either in-house or private practice in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate skills in drafting relevant documentation, regulatory knowledge coupled with being able to work effectively in a fast paced team environment.
