The Role:

The firm are seeking a new Head of Residential Property with ideally 5+ years PQE to lead and grow their residential property team in a profitable manner whilst not compromising on the company values of putting the client first.

The Residential Property Team sits within the Real Estate department, and this role concentrates on leading the residential side.

The departments clients range from private individuals to SME's and multinational organisations due to the wide variety of industries based around Oxfordshire.

You will work to grow your team, but the successful candidate will also need to become fully immersed in their departments marketing & business development.

This role comes with excellent prospects for the right Residential Property Solicitor to make their own name in the local Oxfordshire market.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Senior Residential Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will be used to dealing with your own marketing & business development
• Experience of managing and mentoring a Residential Property team is a must
• You should have a good billings history and should be a dynamic individual
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus excellent benefits.
