A leading London Law practice requires a 5 year + PQE corporate/commercial associate. The right candidate will be experienced and have the drive and energy to progress their career.
It will be essential that the candidate has the experience and skills to deal with both commercial and corporate matters including:Asset purchases, in particular subscription and shareholders agreements, joint ventures, share buy-backs, advising on corporate structures in the context of property transactions, general corporate advice and partnership and LLP agreements. The commercial aspects of the role will include a wide range of commercial issues.
