An excellent opportunity has arisen at our client, a leading international City law firm for an interim securitisation lawyer for 6 months.
The core areas of the team cover securitisations (RMBS/CMBS/auto loans/consumer credit, prime/non-performing), whole business securitisations, covered bonds, CLOs and trade receivables.
The successful securitisation lawyer is likely to have upwards of 3+ PQE gained at a Top 50 or international law firm. Experience of advising on structured finance transactions would be a distinct advantage, but is not essential.
