A market-leading firm is looking to appoint an experienced banking lawyer for their growing London offices.
Responsibilities of your new role
The successful banking lawyer will join an established and expanding practice group, offering legal advice and support to major international clients such as banks, financial institutions, and major corporates on cutting-edge cross-border finance transactions.
As banking lawyer, you will regularly work directly with market-leading partners, both in London and globally, on premium transactions for blue chip clients, and will enjoy access to an extensive internal network of both knowledge and support across the Firm's various offices.
Candidate profile
Banking lawyer applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Full qualification with at least 2 years of PQE.
- A clear background of experience and knowledge across a range of finance and transactions work.
- Ideally a solid track record of work in leveraged finance transactions.
Contract and salary
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis. The successful banking lawyer will be offered an experience-dependent annual salary of £135,000 - £160,000.
