Senior Planning and Litigation Lawyer required to join a public sector organisation based in Kent for a period of 6 months initially with the view of extension thereafter.

The post requires someone ideally to undertake both planning law related matters on both the contentious and non-contentious side. We appreciate that this is unusual for candidates to have experience in both so would like to hear from candidates that experience in either area. The post would be handling a caseload which includes;

  • S106, S38 and S278 agreements at varying complexity
  • Planning advice and committee work
  • Planning prosecutions and enforcements
  • Licensing matters

The role is working with a small and established team and can offer flexible working arrangements for the right candidate. The post is ideally looking at securing someone for a mid September start.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chelsey Newsom in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
