Do you have a good understanding of the conveyancing and post completion process?
Are you good at working to tight deadlines and meeting them?
Have you managed your own caseload of post completion matters?
Do you want to work in Bromley?
If you have answered yes to the above then I would be keen to hear from you.
Duties include:
- Ensure that all SDLT matters are dealt with
- Send all AP1s and FR1 to the Land Registry
- Responding to Land Registry Requisitons
- Ensure all cases are registered as quickly as possible
- Ensure there is an OS1 search in place on any cases where the AP1/FR1 has not been sent or the applciation has been cancelled
- Report any problem cases to management
- Identifty issues and resolve them as quickly as possible
This role is a full time, permanent position. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and salary will be in the region of £23,000 DOE.
