Legal 500, top 100 client in Manchester City Centre is now seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing team.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 1 year's experience of working as a Paralegal in Commercial Property in another leading firm. The work includes high-value acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management, development and investments and you will have contact with a broad client base to include landowners and developers and landlords within the local government.
Your role will include dealing with post completion matters, drafting and negotiating straightforward contracts and Tenancies at Will with minimal supervision and drafting and negotiating leases. A fantastic opportunity to join a pro-active Legal 500 firm and work alongside leaders in their field.
