Job Title: Residential Property Paralegal / Legal Executive

Salary: £42,000

Location: West End, London

Expanding and ambitious law firm in the West End (c20+ staff) are looking for a very experienced paralegal or legal executive with considerable experience in the residential property market.

The work will be primarily private sales and purchases but with some light commercial work in terms of lease renewals licenses to assign. The ability to do all aspects of the transaction are essential. The role will require you to handle your own conveyancing caseload from inception to closure with minimal supervision from your supervisor. Throughout your role, you will ensure that your files are kept in order and issue regular reports to clients. The successful individual will know the clear distinctions between freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered transactions and will be technically competent in handling such matters.

The work is for established, HNW private clients at the highest end of the London residential property market.
