Residential Conveyancer - Harrogate

My Client is a highly ranked Chambers and Legal 500 Harrogate firm with strong values offering work life balance and flexible working practices. They are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive that is NQ up to 2 years PQE to contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

With Lexcel and Investors in People Accreditation, the firm operates as one team and strongly believe that client service is at the heart of everything. They are keen to develop our well-established residential property unit with the addition of three roles.

If the culture is for you and you want to contribute to continued growth and success you need to be a NQ to 2 years PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. You will have experience in residential property including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, newbuilds, unregistered titles, transfers of equity, remortages and an appetite to develop your knowledge and expertise in other aspects of property work.

Team players with positive attitude and determination are wanted to deliver the best in client care. You will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate well with a wide range of clients.
