The Client:

Our client, a reputable and long-established Single-Family Office of an UHNW Family with offices in London and Luxembourg seeking an Immigration Paralegal to be based in the London office.

The team:

There are two lawyers in London and this role will liaise extensively with the private office in Luxembourg.

The role:

This Immigration Paralegal will support the business with immigration matters to include;

• Preparation and submission of visa applications
• Provision of staff assistance with work permits
• Providing assistance as required to staff during travels
• Updating and maintaining visa / work permit database for family and staff
• Support HR with Employment Law requirements and contracts management

This role would also support the management of the Art collection (registration, insurance and shipping)

The candidate:

The successful Immigration Paralegal candidate will have;

• 5 years+ experience as a paralegal within private practice or an equivalent private office
• Demonstrable experience handling immigration matters
• Fluency in English essential, French and/or Russian desirable
