Private Client Solicitor

This firm are undergoing a really exciting time, they have recently moved into a new office to allow for further growth. This role is to take over from a well-established Private Client Solicitor who deals with a top-quality caseload which has been built up over a decade, you will deal with high-quality work with a constant a stream of new referrals, this role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

The firm

This Legal 500 firm has a friendly down to earth personality with a very relaxed culture. They deal with a very quality of work throughout the firm, and on the Commercial Property side, they have recently handled work on-par to much larger London firms involving a few of London's most iconic buildings including the Shard. They have 60 members of staff between 3 offices in Middlesex and Berkshire. This practice has been established for over 100 years, and they have an unprecedented staff retention rate with most having been with the firm for over ten years, it is the type of company where people tend to stay until retirement.

The role

They have a new role for a Private Client Solicitor to join the Twickenham, Middlesex.

The Private Client department deals with an excellent quality of work, they actually have one of the largest departments within greater London, now boasting a highly-experienced team of 13. They have an ethos of quality over quantity, adding real value to client's transactions and charging well for the work that they do. They have a client base and work referral network to boast of, a substantial proportion of the work that the department does is HNW.

The Private Client department is currently thriving, they deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs. Both based in the UK and non-UK clients dealing with a varied caseload including; Complex wills and assets, Tax planning, Estates, Trusts, LPOA, Probates and some contentious probate matters.

You will be taking over a caseload from a long serving member of staff who is relocating. This role comes with good training and career development, and also prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You should have a good level of technical knowledge
• You should have excellent communication skills and work well within a team
• You will receive excellent training, support, and prospects
• Salary up to £60k depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
