The Role

• The firm is looking for a Property Solicitor to join their office in Buckinghamshire. There should be a substantial background in Residential Property, but some Commercial Property experience would be an advantage.
• The CEO and Managing Partner are looking to invest into a Commercially minded Solicitor who can be at the forefront of their Property team.
• The role would involve a broad range Residential Property matters including but not limited to; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease Extensions.
• Commercial Property experience would be very beneficial to help liaise with the rest of the Property team in place.
• They have relationships with high-end and well-known agents and brokers. The department is very dynamic and good at business development subsequently introducing new business on a weekly business, as well as maintaining existing relationships.
• A very exciting component of this role is that it can be for a current head of property, or a junior looking to be trained by one of the most established CEO's in the market.

The Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 2+ years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will have strong technical knowledge
• A good billings history is essential
• Management experience is of advantage, but not essential
• Salary is competitive and can be up to £75,000 depending on experience.
