Our client, a global media company, is looking to recruit a senior commercial lawyer to join its legal team as a Senior Director.
You will be managing and supervising junior lawyers, negotiating agency-client agreements, dealing with contracts for the procurement of media goods and service, protecting and maintaining intellectual property rights, compliance, data protection, and drafting/negotiating other general commercial contracts.
It is a fast paced, collaborative environment in which technical competence coupled with a commercial approach are both expected.
