COMMERCIAL LAWYER NEEDED - 6-9 MONTH FTC IN-HOUSE LONDON

We are working with a boutique management consultancy in London who are hiring a commercial lawyer to join their busy team for a 6-9 month fixed term contract.

This is the opportunity to join a small legal team in a broad generalist commercial role - including negotiating and drafting commercial contracts (e. NDAs, supplier contracts, complex contracts like MCAs), liaising with different parts of the business, and developing commercial propositions (particularly RFP, ITT and RFI responses). They are known for their excellent work culture and diverse businesses.

The successful candidate will be qualified in the UK (or equivalent Commonwealth jurisdiction) with commercial contracts experience gained in either within a top UK or international law firm, or gained in-house. This role would be well-suited to a lawyer with 4-6 years PQE. Experience in corporate, company secretarial and employment matters may be beneficial. The ideal candidate would be available to start within the next 2 months.
