The firm is seeking to hire several corporate finance lawyers from NQ-5pqe to join a team who are leaders in their field.

The work will be varied, exciting and you can expect to be working on fast-paced transactions as part of partner-led teams.

This commitment to ensuring their lawyers are trusted with responsibility and involved with a broad range of work means you will naturally develop into a first-class transactional lawyer.

ABOUT YOU

You'll be joining a team whose specialist expertise includes M&A (both public and private), private equity and venture capital, equity capital markets, corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.

The firm competes at the very top of the legal market in particular sectors including energy, food, transport and financial services and regularly represents a number of leading UK and overseas clients on cross-border deals involving multiple jurisdictions.

City or top regional law firm trained, you will be looking to join one of the largest dedicated corporate finance teams outside London, in a cosmopolitan city which offers both a work life balance and high-quality work, truly the best of both worlds.
