Employment Lawyer

Senior Employment Lawyer- Contract role 6 - month contract In London, fledible working on offer

This opportunity could offer a day rate or a FTC.

This Employment Solicitor will ideally be 4 years PQE plus, candidates from In-house or Private Practice will be considered.

6 month period with the possibility of an extension.

You will be required to handle the following:

• You will principally be an advisory and execution role in relation to employment related matters.
• To provide specialist technical legal advice to the business in regards to Employment, Tupe, HR issues
• To lead the company on legal/compliance advice, offering training and support through the organisation.
• To make effective legal decisions and advise on best practice, avoiding litigation risks on conflicting matters.
• To achieve legal targets for costs savings including assisting in the implementation of cost saving strategies as directed by the Head of Legal
• Conduct advocacy before court proceedings, instruct legal counsel
• working with senior stakeholders within the business
• You will possess strong experience of managing employment-related issues, reviewing and drafting contracts of employment.
• Handling all employee related issues, employee incentive plans and pension arrangements, antibribery etc.
• This is a great opportunity for a lawyer with a strong In-House or Private Practice background in employment law
