An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a top tier Commercial Property Team in Gloucestershire. This position will provide high level exposure to senior management and offer excellent opportunity for professional development.

You will join a dynamic and highly regarded team and have conduct of your own caseload. The caseload will be varied with a combination of transactional work and landlord and tenant matters. You will act for a range of clients and be given opportunities to stretch yourself professionally under the guidance of more experienced members of the team.

The firm has cultivated an excellent working environment and has excellent levels of staff retention. They have a results focused and a refreshingly pragmatic approach.

This role would be ideally suited to a Commercial Solicitor with two to four years PQE gained at a respected firm. Applications are nevertheless welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors of all levels of PQE.

The package on offer will be competitive and in line with experience. The salary is likely to be in the range of £40k to £45k.
