Contracts Lawyer / Paralegal / Manager

A new and unique opportunity for an experienced Contracts lawyer to join a small legal consultancy business based in Bournemouth.  

The Role:

The role entails supporting a wide range of companies with their commercial contract matters. This includes, but is not limited to:

• liability and indemnities;
• intellectual property;
• data protection;
• employment matters
• Online and offline trading;
• Service level agreements
• Supplying products or services
• Outsourcing and/or franchising
• Software licenses
• Standard Terms and Conditions

The Candidate:

This role would suit both a qualified and non-qualified, highly skilled contracts lawyer/ contracts manager or an experienced paralegal. In-depth knowledge about data protection and GDPR is highly desirable, as is strong contract negotiation skills. As a person you are professional with a good sense of humour. You enjoy a varied workload with no two days the same. You enjoy meeting people and finding cost-effective solutions to their problems. Good IT skills are a prerequisite as is excellent attention to detail.
