Paralegal/Litigation Assistant - Personal Injury Motor

Due to expansion, our award winning client is seeking to recruit a Paralegal and/or Litigation Assistant/Litigation Executive to join the Personal Injury (Motor) team at their Chelmsford office; they deliver legal solutions to the insurance, corporate and public sectors.

This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on Small-track and Fast-track claims, with a focus on motor work.

This team is headed up by a partner who is based in Chelmsford and is known in particular for dealing with employers', motor and public liability claims. The team has also developed expertise including catastrophic, brain and psychiatric injury on behalf of insurers, self-insured and policyholders.

Requirements

• Good academics are essential, LPC desirable.
• Litigation experience essential preferably within personal injury
• Able to run own caseload with some supervision.
• Small-track and fast-track claims experience.
• Experience of arbitration and negotiation.
• Previous client contact experience and attendance at business development events.
