A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a medical and clinical negligence solicitor to join a Legal 500 ranked firm in East Lancashire.
Your new role
Responsibilities of the clinical negligence solicitor include:
- Reviewing claims.
- Handling a complex caseload of contentious files.
- Mediation, arbitration and disputes resolution.
- Representing clients in litigated cases.
- Providing a high level of candidate care.
What you’ll bring to the team
We are looking to hear from solicitors with at least 3 years of PQE in medical and clinical negligence work. You should have extensive experience in clinical negligence matters and excellent technical knowledge.
You will need experience of managing your own caseload of clinical negligence claims and be ready to hit the ground running.
How you’ll be rewarded
The clinical negligence solicitor will be offered £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, competitive benefits and plenty of room for career development.
