Residential Property Lawyer

Badenoch and Clark are looking for an experienced residential conveyancer to join a reputable niche firm of lawyers based in North London on a permanent/full time basis.

The successful candidate will have at least two year's experience working in a similar role and will have strong team working skills.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of residential property matters, dealing with high value purchases and sales of residential property; secured lending; dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases/lease extensions, deeds of variation and licences; and undertaking other general residential property work such as property finance as required.

The chosen Residential Property Lawyer will have a proven record of successfully managing a busy caseload of residential property cases; excellent client care skills and a good working relationship with other professionals.

An excellent salary and benefits package will be given to the successful candidate.

The successful applicant will be expected to have experience in the following areas of law;
*Conveyancing for residential property sales and purchases;
*Freehold and leasehold properties;
*Lease extensions;
*Tenancy agreements;
*Landlord and tenant;
*Equity release and re-mortgaging.
*commercial property experience would be desirable but not a requirement
