Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is a long established commercial and private services law firm with a commitment to quality and exceptional client service. An opportunity has now arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Real Estate team at offices in Greater (North East) Manchester.

The role will involve running a caseload of mixed commercial property matters including landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases, property finance and development work. You will also play a key part in continuing to drive the department forwards.
