Competition Counsel - Top-tier UK Retailer

One of the UK's largest retailers is looking to add a top-tier competition solicitor to their in-house legal team in their Central London head office.

Providing strategic and timely advice, you will help to proactively identify and manage competition law risk across the Group. You will be a chief point of contact and help manage relationships between the Group and key regulators such as the CMA and the EC.

The successful candidate will be City-trained and posses strong competition and merger experience and be able to utilise this in identifying commercial opportunities and advantages for the business.

The ideal candidate will have in-house experience, whether on secondment or otherwise.
