An experienced Personal Injury case handler is sought for this established national firm. The ideal candidate will have managed RTA caseloads and consistently met SLAs and KPIs in their previous employment. The position will involve litigated and non-litigated cases, requiring an excellent knowledge of claimant personal injury procedure.
The successful candidate will join the LVI team and be involved in case planning assistance and pursuing claims through all stages of litigation, meaning an extensive knowledge of the Civil Procedural Rules is a necessity. They will also be required to complete supervisor reviews and achieve monthly targets.
This role comes with a comprehensive and flexible benefits package and a 35 hour working week, with a competitive salary that is matched to the successful candidate's experience.
