Your new company
An independent public regulatory authority is recruiting a Fitness to Practice Officer to join the department in their Belfast office on a Band 6 salary for 37 hours per week.
Your new role
You will conduct investigations into the suitability of applications for registration and referrals / allegations about registered personnel.
You will ensure that investigatory procedures are completed in accordance with established procedure and legislative requirements and that methods of investigation comply with best practice. You You
You will provide advice to personnel on matters relating to fitness to practice.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree in law, human resources or social work and previous experience of formal investigation and presenting information in formal setting, for example court settings, disciplinary hearings or case conferences.
You have the ability to assess and advice on risk and public protection issues while being able to produce evidence-based reports on complex issues.
You will hold a current full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
What you'll get in return
You'll receive a 37 hours a week on a Band 6 salary.
