Property Finance Paralegal

Our client, a Top 200 law firm are currently seeking a Property Finance Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis.

Candidates will be expected to have a good understanding of commercial property transactions. An understanding of banking and finance knowledge would be highly beneficial.

The daily activities of the role will involve the following:

• Leases, tenancies at will and deeds of variation,
• Drafting documents from templates based on client instructions,
• Managing banking clients and borrower led work.

This an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to work as part of a wider collaborative team .
