A leading UK national practice is seeking an employment solicitor for their Milton Keynes based team as they expand due to client demand.
The ideal employment solicitor will have around 5 years PQE and will be able to advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The role will see you advice predominately respondents but will include senior claimants and your experience should cover TUPE, unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and employment handbooks. The firm act for clients across various sectors but experience within the pub, hotel and restaurant sector would be advantageous. They can offer a leading regional salary and benefits and excellent long term prospects.
