Your new company
This global asset management company requires a Legal Counsel to join the team on a contract basis for a period of 6 months.

Your new role
The current need is for a contractor to join the team to support a Brexit initiative. The work will focus on the review and negotiation of investment management agreements (IMAs) as well as other relevant documents including governance documents; intragroup agreements and service level agreements.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a strong legal background gained in a Buy Side organisation as well as prior experience of negotiating IMAs. You will need to be credible and adaptable, able to interact with senior stakeholders and external clients.
