Associate Counsel / Senior Counsel

Global legal search firm, Major, Lindsey & Africa, have been retained by a leading Middle East conglomerate with global reach and which operates world renowned brands in various sectors. Due to growth of the business, our client is now looking for a commercially astute lawyer to join the existing international team based in Kuwait. This is a broad commercial role and will report directly to the General Counsel of the business.

The successful candidate will be a Common law qualified lawyer, who may be currently in-house within an international environment or within a law firm with some secondment experience. Candidates will have experience of drafting and advising on a range of commercial agreements not limited to and including supply agreements, product purchase agreements, NDA's as well as be familiar with JV and lease agreements.

This is a truly generalist role covering everything from commercial contract support to advising on tax and finance laws.
